By accessing or using Spendslike, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Spendslike provides currency comparisons and “spends like” estimates for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that prices, exchange rates, or purchasing-power examples are accurate, complete, or up-to-date. You are responsible for verifying any information before making decisions.

Spendslike does not provide legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Any information on the site is provided for general informational purposes and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice.

We do not guarantee the availability, uptime, or uninterrupted operation of the service and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

You may use Spendslike for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not misuse the service, attempt to interfere with its operation, or access it in a way that violates any applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the service, nor attempt to access the service or its data through automated, unauthorized, or disruptive means, including probing, interception, or extraction of proprietary information. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe the service is being abused or used unlawfully.

We collect limited information to operate Spendslike, improve the experience, and keep the service secure. This may include basic usage data, device information, and approximate location inferred from your IP address. If you create an account, we also collect the email address you provide and authentication identifiers from your sign-in provider.

We use third-party service providers for authentication, analytics, and hosting. These providers may process data on our behalf in accordance with their own policies. We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising: Spendslike may display advertisements. Ad partners may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver and measure ads and to personalize content based on your device and usage data. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting us. You may also delete your account directly from the Profile screen. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal obligations we must comply with.

Children’s Privacy (COPPA): Spendslike is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
